These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to tours and related services offered by Royal Standard LLC (trading as HELLOIAM.AM / HELLO I AM). By enquiring, booking, or travelling with us, you agree to these Terms.

Agreement
A contract is formed when we confirm your booking in writing and you pay any required deposit. These Terms, the tour itinerary, and our Booking & Cancellation Policy form the agreement.
Our tours
What is included
Each tour page lists inclusions for that departure — typically ground transport in Armenia, accommodation, hosted meals and experiences as described, and local guiding. Specific inclusions are confirmed in your booking confirmation.
What is not included
- International flights to and from Armenia (unless explicitly stated).
- Travel insurance (required — see below).
- Visas and entry requirements.
- Personal expenses, optional activities, alcohol beyond hosted tastings, and tips unless stated.
- Meals and transfers not listed in the itinerary.
Itinerary changes
We plan carefully but may adjust timings, venues, or routes for weather, safety, closure, or local conditions. We will offer a reasonable alternative of similar character where possible.
Group size
Departures are small-group (typically up to six guests unless stated). We reserve the right to cancel a departure that does not reach minimum numbers, with a full refund of monies paid to us.
Booking and payment
How to book
Submit an enquiry via the website or email. We will confirm availability, price, and next steps.
Deposits and balance
A deposit of 30% of the tour price per person is due within 7 days of written confirmation. The balance is due 60 days before departure.
Prices and currency
Prices are quoted in GBP unless stated. Bank charges and exchange differences on international transfers are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Price changes
Confirmed bookings are honoured at the agreed price except where a government tax or supplier surcharge materially changes costs — we will notify you before charging any increase.
Your responsibilities
Travel documents
You must hold a valid passport and any visas required for Armenia and transit countries.
Health, fitness and conduct
Tours involve walking, travel on mountain roads, and shared meals. Tell us about dietary needs, mobility, or health conditions before booking. You must behave respectfully toward hosts, guides, and other guests.
Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is required for every guest, covering medical expenses, evacuation, cancellation, and personal belongings. We may ask for proof before departure.

Changes and cancellations by us
If we cancel a departure, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid to us or transfer to another date/tour (subject to availability). We are not liable for costs we do not control (e.g. flights you booked separately) except as required by law.
Liability
Our responsibility
We are responsible for arranging services with reasonable skill and care. Many experiences are delivered by independent suppliers (hotels, restaurants, drivers). We select them carefully but are not their agent for all purposes.
Limitations
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected tour.
Third-party suppliers
Your contract for flights, extra hotels, or optional activities booked outside our package may be directly with those suppliers.
Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g. natural disaster, war, civil unrest, pandemic restrictions, government action, or major transport disruption). We will work with you on alternatives or credits where possible.
Complaints
Tell your guide or email hello@helloiam.am during the tour so we can try to resolve the issue. If not resolved, write to us within 28 days of return with details.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Courts in Yerevan, Armenia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
